Trying to Move To a folder and it only shows 4 shared folders from my team#300

Steps to recreate:
1) Do I have access to the target folder? Yes it says “Shared with you”
2) click three dots upper right
3) Choose Move To
4) It shows three folders of mines and then in the shared section it only shows four shared folders.
Not great.
