Chrome shortcut for blur#360

I find myself having to use the blur tool regularly and it has become a real pain getting to the tool after every use, expecially if I need to blur out multiple things on one page. Please add a shortcut option for blur in the chrome extension.

Bonus desire:

1. Better yet being able to blur things, after the video is developed would be amazing. Possibly added to the Komodo video editor tool.
2. If possible, I would love if it was just a filter blur without a visible border, rather then the current bordered white box.
