Add screenshot from the video for a manually added step#361

For manually added guide steps it would be great if the ‘add image’ button also included an option to grab the image directly from the generated video.

An example use case:
The guide is missing a step/click that wasn’t tracked in the Komodo recording but is visible in the video recording. Idealy if the user could pause the recorded komodo video on the step they want to create a screenshot for > then manually create a new step in the guide > click add image > select add video screenshot > then komodo adds that video image to the guide.

This would save a lot of extra steps for a guide that didn’t track clicks the best.
