AI Summary not performing, Assistant not performing, Highlights not performing#434

Hello,
Perhaps someone can assist. I purchased this system to take advantage of the AI summary and highlights, however each video is providing me the same or similar email summary, without even contextualizing the data in the video.
The AI assistant is also not loading on videos (I left it idle/buffering overnight to no avail). I hope this is a user issue. Assistance owuld be appreciated. For context, I reecfntly recorded a meeting of my sports team and the summary was lackluster, especially compared to the alternative program I am now exploring after a few days of Komodo failing my needs.
