Video player controls not hiding#441

I seem to have an issue where the video player controls on my direct pages AND for my embeds don’t hide when the cursor stops or moves away. This is really only an issue for my WordPress tutorials when the controls obscure the lower part of the screen interaction.

Is there an easy fix to this?
