Create a dictionary/glossary of uncommon words (e.g. pronouns)#447

As part of the transcription service, there should be an ability to manually create a glossary to enter in keywords that are not common, such as pronouns (e.g. names of an organisation) which the system will understand to autocorrect to. The glossary could also be used to abbreviations or coded descriptions.

e.g. Organisation: Biltex (without glossary transcription may use bill tax).
e.g. Abbreviation: XXVI may be entered as X X V I (which makes searching later difficult, the system would revert to XXVI)
