Video Play is very slow these days#460

Hi, I record the video and send the URL to watch to the team, when they play the video, it stucks after a few seconds of play, then mins of loading, then plays again for few seconds and then go off for mins of loading.
Can you guys check whats the issue?
I have more than 20mb/second internet speed but komodo videos are not playing at all.
