
Whenever I record audio on a video whether it be inserting audio or re-recording audio, after the video is exported from the editing screen and uploaded to recordings, the video plays wih zero audio.
I’m having this same issue as well. After exporting, the video sometimes has no audio, and it seems inconsistent depending on the device I’m using.
It tends to work fine on my laptop, but when I switch to a desktop or use headphones, the audio either doesn’t record properly or doesn’t play back at all. It feels like the system is picking up the wrong audio source, almost like it’s defaulting to speakers instead of the actual mic input.
Would really like to see this fixed, since the behavior changes depending on the machine and makes it unreliable.

Hi, Kommodo uses default system audio as a priority. So what audio device you have set in the OS default is used. Also system audio should be toggled if using the browser to capture audio on the system. If you have trouble reaching out to support@kommodo.ai and we can walk this through.
