Video Recorded History#484

I took a 2 hour exam with kommodo, and the moment I stop the screen recording and proceeded to copy or dowload my link, the site instructed me to log in. Even though I cancelled it, it proceed directly to log in prompt if i attempt to copy the link. Now, I logged in my gmail account, my video disappered. Now, my 2 hours worth of my time in taking the assessment is wasted since I can’t provide my video link. Even the chat or help box doesn’t respond. I hope there is a way to retrieve the video.
