Bug Report: Webcam Window Resizing Issue in Kommodo 3.0.2#485

I recently updated my Kommodo desktop app to the latest version (Kommodo 3.0.2) and noticed an issue with the webcam display functionality.

When attempting to drag the webcam video window to a different position on the screen, the window unexpectedly expands in size instead of remaining fixed.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a fix?
