Downgraded from unlimited video upload plan without notice — requesting reinstatement#491

I recently logged into the platform and discovered that my account is now limited to uploading videos of no more than 5GB. When I originally subscribed, I signed up for the unlimited plan, which allowed unlimited video uploads with no restrictions on file size or number of videos.

I’m requesting that this unlimited plan be reinstated on my account so I can upload videos without any limits on quantity or file size, as originally agreed.
